Most orders are packed on Wednesday/Thursday and shipped by Friday. I am a single person working on packing your orders with care and working a full time job, so please understand there may be delays. Pre-Order items will be packed when product has been received and properly checked.

You will receive tracking information once your items have been marked as shipped, but please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update!

I try my best to ship world-wide but there are some countries I am unable to ship to due to regulations. Shipping to the EU is currently unavailable.

Once shipped we have no control over the package, and it is up to the mail service to handle. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that were marked as delivered by tracking services.
